While announcing the changes, Governor Ayacko said it is aimed at improving service delivery to the people of Migori County and, by extension, the efficiency of his government.
These changes, which take immediate effect, have impacted several County Executive Committee Members (CECMs) and various Chief Officers.
Among the CECMs affected by this reshuffle are;
Chacha Rahab Rhobi, formerly in charge of Environment and Disaster Management, has been reassigned to the Department of Education, Culture, and Sports.
Mercy Okwanyo, who previously served as the CECM for Trade and Tourism, has been moved to Public Service Management.
Betty Samburu, who led the Education department as CECM, has now been assigned to Trade and Tourism.
Caleb Opondi has been entrusted with overseeing the Tourism Department.
Governor Ayacko said the changes align with his development agenda for the region.
"This reshuffling of key positions is intended to better serve the people of Migori County and advance the county's progress," he said.
