Victor Kibet, a Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) graduate who mysteriously disappeared following an alleged abduction on March 18 in Juja, Kiambu County, has been found alive.

Kibet’s father, Paul Mutai, received a call from his son on Friday confirming that he was doing well.

The unemployed 23-year-old is said to have been kidnapped by unidentified individuals who masqueraded as police officers in an entertainment joint.

Mutai would later report the matter to the police, where they launched a search for Kibet.

Kibet is well-known on social media, where he flaunts his luxurious lifestyle, including owning four luxury cars.

After Kibet’s alleged disappearance, Mutai dismissed any knowledge of his son's opulence, claiming he runs a business with his friends.
