Moses Kuria records statement with CID
The cases against Deputy President William Ruto and his co-accused Joshua Arap sang at the ICC could be suspended if a petition filed by Pokot South Mp David Pkosing is adopted by the Assembly of State Parties.
Pkosing wants the nations that are signatories to the Rome Statute to order an audit of the process used by former ICC Prosecutor Moreno Ocampo to identify and recruit witnesses in the Ruto-Sang case.
Gatundu South Mp Moses Kuria recorded a statement with the CID ahead of his meeting with a team from ICC prosecutor’s office.
