Kega says the threats started at his cousin’s burial ceremony last week in his Kieni constituency, after he allegedly barred particular politicians from addressing mourners.

The Kieni legislator claims he has been receiving the death threats through sms.

Nyeri DCIO Julius Emase has said investigations have been launched into the claims.
