New bill to cap gambling spend online

The government has confiscated over 100 unlicensed gambling machines in Nairobi as concerns mount over the spread of the game in the country. And as Sylvia Chebet reports, Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo is seeking tighter regulations for the business that is being blamed for negative social-economic impact.
