Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga has arrived in Lamu ahead
of his Coast region tour.
Odinga
landed at the Manda island on Saturday evening in the company of, among others,
Mvita Member of Parliament Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir.
They
were received by a Lamu Governor Fahim Twaha and Eliud Kinuthia, Chairperson of
the National Police Service Commission.
The
former Prime Minister will on Sunday attend service at the ACK Church in
Mpeketno before addressing area residents.
He
will then conduct rallies at Witu, Hindi and Mkunguni..
The
ODM chief will on Monday proceed with his Coastal tour with visits to Malindi in Kilifi County before rounding up his visit
with rallies in Kwale, Likoni and Mombasa on Tuesday.
