PAC frustrated with Murkomen partner answers

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) was frustrated today as it sought to prise details of suspected NYS transactions involving a law firm associated with Elgeyo Marakwet senator kipchumba Murkomen.  Lawyer Hillary Sigei, the managing partner of Singoei, Murkomen and Sigei declined to divulge transactions between the firm and its clients. But as Sylvia Chebet reports, PAC ordered him to provide the details on Thursday.
