Police spokesman Bruno
Shioso has allayed fears of a looming terror attack.
Speaking to Citizen
Digital on
Friday, Shioso said the National Police
Service (NPS) is yet to officially receive reports from any foreign
governments, pertaining to a possible terror attack in the country this weekend.
Shioso however assured
Kenyans of their safety citing that security has been heightened in Nairobi and
other metropolitan areas in the country.
His sentiments follow
a Thursday warning issued
by the French and German governments in which the two states warned its
citizens, currently residing in Kenya, of a possible terror attack in Nairobi
targeting places frequented by foreigners.
The German embassy

crowded places.
