PS Muli, Judge Agnes Murgor Tussle Over Dad’s Estate

A high profile family dispute over property pitting Transport Principal Secretary Nduva  Muli and his sister, Appeal Court Judge Agnes Murgor, is getting murkier . The PS has written to the Judicial Service Commission asking it to investigate the conduct of the Judge over her alleged interference with the judicial process involving the settlement of their father former Attorney General Mathew Guy Muli’s estate, with the intention of disinheriting him.
