Reitired ACK Archbishop Wabukhala shortlisted for EACC chair

Six candidates have been shortlisted to replace Philip Kinisu as the chair of the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC).

Among those to replace Kinisu, who was forced out of office amid graft allegations, are retired Anglican Archbishop Eliud Wabukhala.

In a statement from the Public Service Commission, Wabukhala will be interviewed on the 17th of next month at 11.30 am.

Wabukhala has been shortlisted alongside William Kipkemboi Kirwa, Former CIC Commissioner Philemon Mwaisaka, Former Inspector General of State Corporations Peter Bita Ondieki, CRA Commisioner Rose Bosibori Osori, and Erastus Iguna Rweria.

PSC is now inviting interested members of the public to submit affidavits on the suitability of the candidates before the interviews.

Interviews for the six will be done on the 17th of November 2016.
