Robbers captured on CCTV raiding Embakasi Church, steal valuables worth over Ksh.4M

CCTV footage shows four robbers accessing the church premises and making away with valuables estimated to be worth Ksh.4 million.
The surveillance footage shows four robbers accessing the church precincts at 1: 39 AM donning caps, perhaps to hide their identity.
They were captured walking towards the security guard's house where they dragged him out and tied him up before gaining entry to the church.
At 1:48 AM, the four men armed with pangas made their way to the church and split up to cover the ground. They were later seen walking out with bags and other valuables.
One of the robbers was captured searching for something in the upper area of the church and then noticed one of the CCTV cameras and flashed his light.
At 2:46 AM, the robbers walked outside the church and accessed the offices within the compound. Five offices were forcefully broken into and the men were captured walking away with valuables stacked in bags.
The robbery incident lasted for more than 2 hours.
According to Deliverance Church pastors, the robbers made away with Ksh.400,000 in the church safe, musical instruments, five screens, two keyboards, a sound mixer, two cameras, two laptops, a computer, and two amplifiers estimated to be worth Ksh.4 million.
The robbery was reported at the Embakasi Police Station with detectives embarking on an investigation.
