Rtd Justice Kasanga Mulwa dies aged 77

Mr Mulwa passed away at the Nairobi Hospital after a short illness.
Until his retirement, he served as a High Court judge and there after moved to the East Africa Court of Justice as its president.
Mulwa begun ailing last month and died from what the family says are stroke complications.
The 77-year old retired judge sprung to the limelight 28 years ago when he clinched the Makueni Parliamentary seat, which he would hold from 1969 to 1982.
APPOINTMENT
In 1983 he went back to private practice before his appointment as the president of the East Africa Court of Justice in 2004.
Mulwa is credited with founding the Kenyan chapter of the Institute of Charterd Arbitrators and the Lukenya Group of Schools.
In his condolence to the family, chairman of the Royal Media Services, Dr SK Macharia described Mulwa as a fine legal mind, an astute businessman and a man with a passion for education.
He has left behind two widows and seven children.
