Suspicious Consignment Under Tight Security At Mombasa Port

A vessel suspected to be carrying suspicious consignment is currently under tight security at the Port of Mombasa.  This is after detectives in the coast region seized the cargo vessel which was on Kenyan waters and is said to be from Mogadishu. Inspector General David Kimaiyo has called on Kenyans to be extra vigilant to ensure that unauthorized people do not gain access into the country. This comes only a few months after the Australian navy impounded another vessel ferrying a haul of drugs worth 27 billion in the Indian Ocean in the Kenyan waters.
