There Is No Food Shortage, Says Agriculture CS

Koskei says as of May 2014, the national maize stock was standing at 12 million bags.

The cabinet secretary says with a monthly consumption of 3.84 million bags, for 3 months, he expects a surplus of 81,989 bags which means the country has adequate food reserves.
