Three former Laikipia CDF officers arrested by EACC detectives

Three former officials of Laikipia East National Government Constituency Development Fund have been arrested over alleged misappropriation of public funds and abuse of office.

The three; Arnold Njiru, who was the fund account manager, Newton Kabuthia, the Chairperson and Joseph Chege, the senior accountant, were arrested by EACC detectives.

According to the anti-graft body, the three suspects are set to be arraigned on February 17.
