Uganda Anti Gay Bill Consequences

The United States is now reviewing its relationship with Uganda after President Yoweri Museveni signed into law a bill that imposes harsh penalties against homosexuality. According to the white house spokesperson Jay Carney, the U.S. government has started a review of its assistance programs to Uganda including those addressing HIV/AIDS. But despite the pressure, Ugandan citizens were celebrating the enactment of the anti-gay law.
