VIDEO: CORD, JUBILEE haggle over IEBC selection panel

It is race against time for the joint parliamentary select committee on electoral reforms, as it seeks to conclude the talks and draft final report on how to reform the electoral body ahead of tomorrow’s deadline.  Reports indicates that  the selection panel for new IEBC commissioners could be reduced from nine to seven members while the current voters register could be audited by a local firm instead of the previously proposed international body.
