VIDEO: Keter On Kenya’s Preparedness For Fuel Excavation

Energy and Petroleum Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter says a decision for Uganda and Kenya to go it separately in construction of pipelines from their respective oil wells is intended to help Kenya avoid time wastage as well as ensure convenience for Uganda.

Keter says Uganda expressed concerns over the land acquisition procedures in Kenya that she feared could take more time. The CS however says Kenya’s pipeline from Lokichar to Lamu will be ready by mid 2021.
