It is a secret they dare not share even with their closest friends. In Nyakach, Kisumu county mothers are secretly giving contraceptives to their teenage daughters in a desperate plan to curb early pregnancies.
As Wilkister Nyabwa reports the contraceptives are taking a toll on the health of the young girls.
