Woman’s Body Found on River Bank

Bondo Sub-County community policing committee chairman, Juma Abuko, confirmed the incident saying that the lifeless body of Pamela Auma was found at Nyajuok on the border of Siaya and Bondo Sub-County.

Auma left home last week to withdraw money from an M-pesa shop in the neighboring Sinaga Trading Center, then proceeded to a nearby Busaa club where she was seen last.

Her relatives had been searching for her until Saturday when her decomposing, apparently mutilated body  was found on the river bank.

Her body was taken to Siaya County Referral Hospital Mortuary to await postmortem.
