Black Fish Ultimate claim victory in Viutravel Frisbee Sand Tournament in Diani

Black Fish Ultimate are the winners of the 15th Edition of Frisbee East African Sand Tournament (FEAST XV) after beating Kakamega Wolves 9-7.

Black Fish defended the title after bagging it in the 14th edition last year.

The flying disc tourney, organized by the All-African Flying Disc Federation (AAFDF) and the Kenya Flying Disc Federation (KFDF), was played on the white sands of Kongo Beach, Diani Kwale County.

Viutravel was among the top sponsors of the sporting activity, which has also been a boost to tourism and travel in the country.

The two-day tournament attracted 8 teams from several African countries, including Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Cameroon, Comoros, and South Africa.

Organizers said the event was well attended, as they look forward to another exciting experience in the next season.

AAFDF president Ronny Ochoro called on schools to embrace the game, which is now gaining popularity for its sustainability.

AAFDF' Africa Beach Ultimate chairperson Peter Gitau said Viutravel facilitated for the travel of players and spectators from various countries.
