FA Cup fixtures: Arsenal, Manchester United face tricky opponents

English FA on Monday announced fixtures for the third round of FA Cup set to be played between January 8 and 11, 2016. The fixtures will see Arsenal host Sunderland at the Emirates while Manchester United will play Sheffield United at Old Trafford.

Arsenal are the current FA Cup defending champions having beaten Aston Villa in the final in 2015. The Gunners also won the trophy in 2014 beating Hull City and will be looking for their third consecutive trophy.

Arsenal hold the record for the highest FA Cup trophy having won it 11 times.

Tottenham is set to meet current league leaders Leicester, Manchester City will be away to Norwich while Liverpool will face Exeter City away at St James Park.
