FKF woos Denmark based Ndungu to turn out for Kenya
Football Kenya Federation is wooing Thobias Ndungu who turns out for Danish 1st Division side Fremand Amager with a view of having him turn out for Kenya.
FKF Chief Executive Officer Robert Muthomi revealed the plans via a brief post on his Twitter handle on Wednesday where he shared a photo of the youthful Ndungu and himself during a meeting in Denmark’s capital Copenhagen.
Fremad Amager plays its home matches at the 7,200 capacity Sundby Idrætspark Stadium.
In the ended season the club finished at position eight on 40 points in the 12-team competition but it remains unclear what an impact if any Ndungu has had in the team or whether he has been a permanent feature in the club’s matches.
