GSU, TUK win as JKUAT suffer double loss

GSU beat Nanyuki 36-26 in the Kenya Handball Federation men's league match held at Nyayo Stadium today.

GSU started the first half strongly by winning 20-12 before embarking on the second half and scoring 16-14 to close the game with a score of 36-26.

The win ensured that GSU collected all three points to mount pressure on league leaders Ulinzi who are set to play their game against NCPB later at Nyayo.

In another men's match still at Nyayo, TUK overpowered JKUAT by winning the game 29-28.

JKUAT started the games on the front foot and won the first half of the match 16-13 before TUK regrouped and won the second half 16-12 ultimately winning the game.

In the women's league, Nairobi Water dismantled JKUAT 43-10.

The win ensured Nairobi Water bagged all three points and strengthened their position as league leaders.
