Lionesses fall to Spain in playoff, Shujaa finish second

Kenya Rugby team finished second in the inter-regional series, Madrid Sevens after losing 21-14 against Champions Argentina.

Shujaa scored two converted tries against Argentina’s three converted tries.

Nelson Oyoo and Alvin ‘Bufaa’Otieno scored Kenya’s tries.

Innocent ‘Namcos’Simiyu charges are using the tournament to prepare for the upcoming Olympics in Tokyo later this year.

Kenya Lionesses lost 10-12 to Spain in the fifth place playoff.
