Liverpool star Diogo Jota killed in car crash

Liverpool forward, Portuguese Diogo Jota has died following a car crash in Spain at the age of 28.
Jota had
reportedly been travelling in a car with his brother Andre, who is also a
26-year-old footballer, when the vehicle went off road.
The incident
occurred on the A-52 in the province of Zamora, according to multiple English
and Portuguese press reports.
The tragic news
comes just two weeks after Jota married his long-term girlfriend Rute Cardoso
in Porto.
Jota signed for
Liverpool in September 2020 from Wolverhampton Wanderers for a fee of more than
£40million.
