Kenya Lionesses will be among the participants at the 2019 Hong Kong 7s which also acts as a qualifier to the Women’s World 7s Series.
This is after they beat neighbours Uganda 29-7 in the 2018 Africa Women’s 7s final on Sunday in Gaborone, Botswana.

Uganda, by virtue of finishing second, join Kenya as among the teams that will participate in next year’s Hong Kong 7s.
To book a spot in the final, Kenya thrashed Madagascar 27-0 in the semis while Uganda narrowly edged out Tunisia 10-5.
