Sofapaka bagged maximum points after beating Kakamega Homeboyz 2-0 in a league match staged at Dandora Stadium in Nairobi.

Batoto Ba Mungu took the lead in the fifth minute with a stunning goal from Baron Ochieng.

Despite a strong start, the game saw its share of drama, particularly in the first half when Sofapaka’s goalkeeper suffered a chin injury - he managed to return to the field, helping to maintain the team's defensive efforts.

The second half continued with both teams battling for control, but it was Batoto Ba Mungu who struck again in the 75th minute.

Defender Otieno capitalised on a well-placed cross, doubling the lead and sealing the victory for his side.

With this win, Batoto Ba Mungu continues to build momentum in the league, showcasing a solid performance.

In Machakos, Gor Mahia smoked a 2-0 lead to allow Murang’a Seal pull a comeback to deny them maximum points with a 2-2 draw.
