Knight Frank earns GTC Tower lease deal

  • The GTC tower is a 184-metre skyscraper along Nairobi’s Westlands area and is one of the City’s tallest buildings.

Real Estate Consultancy Knight Frank has been appointed the lease agent for the Global Trade Centre (GTC) Office Tower.

The firm has subsequently signed an agreement with the tower’s proprietor- AVIC International Real Estate Kenya Limited.

The tower hosts prime office spaces with a triple A standards rating which cover 42 floors.

“Adding the Global Trade Centre to our portfolio further demonstrates our market leadership in commercial property leasing in the country. GTC is a prime office space in Nairobi in arguably the best office location in the city. Our track record of catering to the best in class commercial office spaces will ensure we bring in a great mix of tenants to occupy this exclusive space,” noted Knight Frank Kenya Managing Director Ben Woodhams.

The GTC tower is a 184-metre skyscraper along Nairobi’s Westlands area and is one of the City’s tallest buildings.

The tower is part of Kenya’s first project which features a hotel, offices, parking, a shopping mall, a convention centre and apartments- all in the same vicinity.
