When you shop on Kilimall, Amazon, Jumia and other shopping platforms, they are likely to send you recommendations based on your likes, preferences and previous choices.

Apps like Google Maps and Waze use Big Data analytics to analyze traffic patterns, road conditions, and real-time data to provide optimal routes and estimate arrival times.

 All these recommendations are an explanation of how data analytics is used in our day-to-day lives.

“Alexa, play some music “Siri call my husband”, these are just two examples of how we use automation on a day-to-day basis. 

As a user of WhatsApp, the app has probably asked you to set up a regular backup time for your chats and images.
