The innovation, which uses Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), seamlessly connects personal devices, automobiles, and smart home technology, with the potential to redefine how users interact with their surroundings.
This technology seeks to merge human-centered technology with a futuristic ecosystem, combining smartphones, electric vehicles (EVs), and smart home devices into a single experience.
“Our innovations are designed with people in mind,” said Matt Huang, Country Manager for Xiaomi Kenya. “Human x Car x Home embodies our commitment to creating a deeply connected, seamless experience that enhances everyday life.”
The ecosystem's key pillars include flagship devices like the Xiaomi MIX series and Redmi Note, autonomous driving technologies and electric vehicles like the Xiaomi SU7, and a diverse AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) portfolio that transforms homes into smart spaces.
Xiaomi's Human x Car x Home vision foreshadows a future in which technology is seamlessly integrated into all aspects of life, making daily tasks more intuitive, efficient, and connected.
Xiaomi's first electric vehicle, the Xiaomi SU7, is a bold step forward in mobility.
This high-performance sedan incorporates five key technologies, including autonomous driving, electric motors, and Smart Cabin systems.
With a CNY 10 billion RMB R&D investment and a team of over 3,400 engineers, the SU7 is poised to challenge traditional automotive norms.
Xiaomi continues to lead in robotics with innovations such as the CyberDog 2, a bio-inspired quadruped robot that provides open-source opportunities for developers.
Additionally, the company has committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2040 through initiatives such as electronic waste recycling and renewable energy adoption.
Since its inception in 2010, Xiaomi has consistently pushed the boundaries of technology, earning global recognition and a loyal user base.
For 16 consecutive quarters, the company has maintained its position as the world's third-largest smartphone brand, with a global community of 675.8 million monthly active users and a retail footprint spanning over 1,300 stores.
The brand's accomplishments include inclusion in TIME's Most Influential Companies of 2024, recognition as one of BCG's Top 50 Most Innovative Companies, and six consecutive years on the Fortune Global 500 list.
Xiaomi remains a key player in the Kenyan smartphone market, ranking third and accounting for 11% of the total market share.
