Investigations as two unidentified bodies found in Ngong River, Nairobi

Police are probing an incident where two decomposing bodies were found in Ngong River in Nairobi.

Witnesses said the decomposing bodies were found under Gatoto Bridge in Makadara Constituency.

"We spotted the bodies floating in water and alerted police officers," a resident told Citizen Digital.

Makadara Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD) Timon Odongo said they suspect that the victims were killed elsewhere and the bodies dumped in the river.

Bodies of the unidentified men are lying at City Mortuary as investigations continue.
