Kwale woman trapped in stall during fire dies

A 31-year-old woman died after getting trapped inside her shop, which caught fire in the Shimba Hills area of Kwale county.
According to a witness, Willy Nzioki, the fire started in one of the Shimba Hills market stalls on Monday night and it was too late to rescue her when residents arrived at the scene.
Area chief, Mary Kilonzo, said the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
Police have started investigations.
