Probe as Juja female police officer who went on leave found dead in chicken coop

According to a police report under OB  60/27/03/2025, Vincent Mathenge, a resident of Jacaranda Court Estate in Juja Sub- County, heard screams from his neighbour’s compound.

Upon going to check, he found that a fellow neighbour had found the body of Susan Mangiso Sarioyo, an officer stationed in Kasarani Sub-County, in the chicken coop within her compound.

The matter was reported to the police and a team of officers visited the scene.

They established that Sarioyo, who was on leave, had collapsed and died inside a poultry house within her compound. 

Investigations were launched into the cause of death and the body was taken to the Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital Funeral Home, awaiting an autopsy.
