Probe as man's body found dumped in a river in Kajiado

According to the area police commander Shadrack Kipruto, they suspect that the deceased hails from neighboring Tanzania.

“The body was found in River Pilipili near Ilasit. We suspect that the deceased is a Tanzanian national,” police said.

Preliminary investigations show that the suspect was killed elsewhere and the body dumped in the area.

“The body had a rope tied around the neck. We are following leads to establish what transpired,” Kipruto added.

The body has been taken to Loitoktok Hospital mortuary.
