52-year-old man falls off his bicycle and dies in Siaya County

The deceased, identified as Sylvester Onyango Okadho, had attended a football match at Kagwa Primary School and was leaving the event when the incident occurred.

According to reports, Okadho had given a young boy a ride on his bicycle, and after traveling about 30 meters, he suddenly lost control, fell, and died instantly.

West Uyoma Location Chief, Samuel Gwege said that the boy managed to jump off the bicycle just before the fall and raised an alarm.

By the time members of the public arrived, Okadho was already lifeless. Upon informing his relatives, the man's wife arrived and revealed that her husband had a history of high blood pressure.

Police moved the body to Madiany Sub-County Hospital mortuary for a postmortem examination.

Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of death.
