The match Nairobi United and APS Bomet was suspended at half time following heavy rainfall deeming the field at Gusii Stadium unplayable for the second half.

Nairobi United had started out positively with an early chance in the opening 15 minutes. A cross from Mainge narrowly missed Benson Omalla in the penalty area as Naibois looked for an opening goal early on.
Chances would come few and far in between as the first half would proceed with an air of caution as the two teams remained wary of conceding the opener.
The sides went into the interval 0-0 with the game desperately needing some excitement in the second forty five.
During the half time break the game was suspended due to heavy rainfall that caused the field to be deemed unplayable.
As per FKF rules, the game is scheduled to be resumed the following day (March 29) with all match conditions such as substitutions remaining in effect.

Going into the second 45 which kicked off at 10 a.m a day later, both teams employed a high press with aims at breaking the deadlock in the opening minutes of the half.
Right at the 70 minute mark, APS Bomet conceded a handball right outside the box with many a protest for a penalty.
The referee however pointed right outside the box with Kevin Wangaya's free kick comfortable saved by Mulili.
The remaining 20 minutes would be void with chances as both teams would settle for a 0-0 draw at Gusii Stadium with the second half being played a day late due to adverse weather conditions.
Nairobi United remain 10th on 33 points in the log with APS Bomet stuck in 17th with 21 points with their relegation seeming imminent with every match day.
