Kabras sink KCB in Enterprise Cup final to seal season double

Victory saw the Kenya Cup champions complete a league and cup double and capped a supreme season in which they have simply been too good for their competition.
The exhilarating encounter kicked off on a high note with KCB scoring quick conversions in the opening minutes of the game.
Jacob Ojee utilized the chance provided touching the ground to make it five with a converted the try to stretch the lead to eight.
Skipper Dan Sikuta touched the ground in the dying minutes of the first half.
Kabras trailed 18-7 at halftime with a hard task to perform in the second half.
The last half commenced on a high note as western-based side responded quickly scoring a penalty to cut the score to 21-20. The bankers got themselves being pressed as Kabras reduced the gap to 27-23 with less than ten minutes to go.
Kabras snatched a last minute try to seal the 30-27 triumph.
This is the second silverware for Kabras after clinching the Kenya Cup title in March.
Kabras claimed the trophy for the third time in a row having won it in 2019 and 2022.
The showdown was a repeat of last year’s when Kabras defeated KCB 9-6 in a try-less encounter to be named champions.
