Lillian Ngala, the HR director at DTB Kenya, says she has come across many people in her line of work who miss out on opportunities, simply because they do not know how to make meaningful connections.
This week on She Means Business, we speak to Lillian about why she founded the Lillian Ngala Network (LNN) just over a year ago and her underlying values, which include fairness and humanity, which prompted her to start the Lillian Ngala Foundation to help widows build homes in her home county of Homa Bay.
