President Uhuru Kenyatta is in Tanzania for a two-day State visit at the invitation of Tanzanian Head of State Samia Suluhu.

The president arrived at the Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam on Thursday and later attended the country’s 60th Independence Day celebrations.

The fete was held at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Salaam and President Kenyatta where he was the chief guest.
