She’s a woman of firsts, having served as the first woman CEO of the Tea Board of Kenya (TBK) and gone on to hold several high-level positions, including principal secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and cabinet minister for critical ministries such as Health, Water, and Public Service.
Sicily Kariuki, EGH, has seen it all in leadership and politics, and she has mastered the art of iteration since entering the world of executive coaching.
