She has over 20 years of experience in building some of Africa's most influential and loved brands.

Sally Sawe rose from a sales executive at a media company to become the managing director at Scanad and JW Thompson between 2015 and 2023.

She says she always knew that she wanted to start a business, so when the opportunity arose to make an exit using the voluntary exit programme, Sally took it. She partnered with Sandeep and Dipesh - her former colleagues - to start The Partnership Africa - an organisation transforming brands and delivering IMC expertise.

The company recently took over the Airtel Africa account in what was a highly publicised affair.

On this week's episode of She Means Business, we sit down with Sally to discuss her journey, the evolving marketing landscape and what success looks like to her.
