Over 300 Kenyans are set to get jobs at the CH Experience – a leading provider of exceptional contact centre (call-centre) services – in the next 1 year.

This is after the company officially launched in Kenya on July 31 – setting the stage for many good things to come in the coming years.

Speaking during the launch, High Chief (Dr) Bode Mustapha, who is the Chairman and founder of CH Experience, said they are looking forward to making a significant positive impact on the BPO industry in Kenya.

“Today we embark on a very exciting journey and we truly appreciate you taking the time to be here with us. Your support and enthusiasm means the world to us as we embark on this new venture in Kenya,” said Dr Bode during the launch.

Adding that: “The market potential for BPO services in Kenya and the region is immense, driven by the need for businesses to streamline operations and focus on core competencies.

“CH-Experience aims to serve key industries and sectors such as finance, healthcare, telecommunications, and technology, among others,” said Dr Bode.

At the heart of CH-Experience is our dedicated team of experts in several fields. Their expertise and hard work are the driving forces behind our success. We believe in the importance of investing in local talent and are committed to providing continuous training and development opportunities to help our team grow and excel.
