VIDEO: NYS Programme Relaunched

 The Ministry of Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs will now narrow down projects launched under the National Youth Service to ensure they address particular needs of individual constituencies. The new projects set to be launched in July will cover 70 constituencies, reaching 260,000 youth.

But even as the ministry embarks on reviving the old projects, the fear of corruption scuttling the project remains real, with Cabinet Secretary Sicily Kariuki vowing to firmly deal with errant officials and ensure accountability in the said projects.
