Sakaja asks IEBC to dismiss degree certificate complaint, says he graduated from Team University in Uganda

In a response to the complaint, Sakaja says that he holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree conferred to him by Team University in Uganda.

He further states Team University is in Uganda and is duly recognised in the Republic of Uganda.

“My qualifications and academic credentials are not in doubt having affirmed through a lawful process,” reads the papers

He has further dismissed the names used in the complaint saying that he is not Johnson Koskei Sakaja as written in the complaint.

“The complaints herein are legally incompetent, fatally defective having been lodged outside the prescribed statutory timeliness,”he says.

While asking the tribunal to dismiss the complaint against him, Sakaja argues that the allegations that he did not graduate from Team University are unfounded saying that the are other pages of the graduation that they were omitted that bears his graduation credentials.

In the case Sakaja has been sued by Dennis Gakuu Wahome for allegedly not having the required education qualifications.
