The Ministry of Tourism has announced that it will be seeking to collaborate with musicians and musicians and storytellers, to unveil the hidden gems of Kenya.

In a communiqué on Monday, the ministry acknowledged the profound influence artists, especially musicians, possess and can proficiently convey the essence of the nation to a global platform. 

It added that the collaboration will provide travelers with a holistic and transformative journey through Kenya's tourism opportunities through a plethora of unique narratives from individual parties. 

"These talented individuals can effectively capture the very soul of the country, bringing to life the extraordinary experiences that lie in every nook and cranny of its diverse landscape," read the statement in part.

"With musicians and storytellers as the conduits of Kenya's soul, the Ministry envisions a future where travelers from around the globe are irresistibly drawn to explore and experience the magic of Kenya's hidden gems firsthand."

The ministry fronted the example of the Moipei Sisters, "whose enchanting music and soulful melodies have been captivating audiences both at home and abroad."

"Their harmonies masterfully weave the stories of Kenya's rich cultures, magnificent wildlife, mouthwatering cuisines, and warm hospitality. Beyond mere entertainment, their music serves as an educational medium, inspiring listeners to explore the awe-inspiring wonders of Kenya," added the statement.

Alongside the quartet-singing group, the Ministry noted that it has leveraged other influential personalities to showcase Kenya's captivating sceneries among them world record holder Eliud Kipchoge to musicians such as Edie Kenzo. 

The collaboration also seeks to offer visitors an unforgettable experience of the nation's diverse wonders and showcase the essence of Magical Kenya to the world, "leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who embark on this transformative journey."
