Trade CS Moses Kuria launches sixth industrial park in the country

The latest park was in Mombasa County which is expected to create 20,000 employment opportunities. 

Speaking in Jomvu, the CS said the initiative will enable value addition to the resident's produce thus increasing the income of the producers. 

Kuria added that the government was open to private investments and invited both local and international investors to seize the opportunity and inject funds into the new venture. 

Both national and county governments have pumped in Ksh.250 million each. The Mombasa Governor urged the residents to embrace the initiative which he said will enhance productivity.
