While confirming the news, Bandari head coach Anthony “Modo” Kimani said the two have been in negotiations with the Tanga-based club for a while and the deals have now been completed.
“As tradition in Bandari, we don’t deny players the chance to leave whenever they land greener pastures.
“I thank them for their time with us and I wish them all the best in their new challenges. I will have to consult with the management to see if we will have to fill the gaps as we embark on our aim to finish among the top three teams this season,” Kimani said.
Ndikumana, who is Burundi's first choice keeper joined the Dockers in August 2019 from rivals Sofapaka while Mulumba arrived in the coastal club in 2021 after playing for Platinum FC of Zimbabwe
The departure of the pair is a big blow for Bandari who are currently 12th in the FKF-PL log with five points, 13 adrift of league leaders Tusker FC.
In their latest fixture, Bandari were hammered 3-1 by visitors Posta Rangers on Wednesday at their Mbaraki Stadium.
The team has only managed a single win since the new season commenced with two draws and three losses.
