Carneiro rejected Chelsea Ksh176.130m settlement

Former Chelsea first team doctor Eva Carneiro rejected a settlement of 1.2 million pounds (Ksh176,130,444.96) from the West London club following her departure from Stamford Bridge in September 2015.

Carneiro is claiming constructive dismissal against Chelsea, in addition to legal action against recently appointed Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho for alleged victimisation and discrimination during his time at the club.

The hearing began in London on Monday is expected to last between seven and 10 days.

Mourinho is expected to give evidence at the tribunal and will face at least one day of questioning.
