BrighterMonday named top digital recruiter platform

E-recruitment and Human Resource Services platform BrighterMonday has been named the most outstanding e-recruitment platform in 2022 by Pacesetter Award Kenya (PSA).

“Having been operational for over 10 years, it is elevating to know that our presence and impact is being felt in the country and beyond the borders. We continuously work to bridge the African talent marking gap by unlocking employment opportunities in the region and beyond,” said BrighterMonday Head of Marketing in Kenya and Uganda- Erick Wafula.

BrighterMonday interacts with over 40,000 employers on its online platform and places over 1600 talent in various roles monthly.

The firm was established in 2006 and has over 800,000 job candidates and 36,000 employers enlisted on the platform.

Brighter Monday is now part of the African Talent Company (TATC), a group of pan-African businesses working together to solve the talent gap on the continent.
